I'm from South Africa, I have visited Hong Kong a few times. Yes there is a place in HK called the Peak, It is just above Midlevels and Central. Beautiful view of Hong Kong!! I always send my boyfriend gifts and offerings in HK and I've never needed a code. Hope it helps.

Unlike in Philippines, you could not identify the phone service provider from its number. In Hong Kong, you could choose or even bring your own number from service provider A to service provider B as long as you do not have any existing contract or bills with your current provider.

Hi!
I am just planning my business trip in Kowloon, HK and searching for a good hotel near the Wing Hong Street.
I have found The Luxo Manor, The Harbour Grand Kowloon and the Royal Garden Hotels to be a possibilty.
Which is the best Hotel close to the requested area?
How far is the distance from the Airport to the hotel?

All the hotels you give are far from Wing Hong Street nearby Lai Chi kok. If choose the best one, I think it is Luxo Manor. It is close to Jordan mtr station and you take Tsuen Wan mtr line to Lai Chi Kok. The hotel is about 50 minutes from airport by bus.
